This Privacy Policy explains what Beta Calendars collects when you use https://www.betacalendars.com/ (the “Site”), and how that information is used. The Site is operated by Mateo Pedersen as Beta Calendars (“we”, “us”, “our”).

What the Site is
Beta Calendars offers free printable calendars and planners: yearly, monthly, weekly, and blank templates you can download and print at home. You do not need an account. We do not run a login or a user profile.
What we collect
If you write to us through the contact page or email, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, and message. That form is hosted by Google Forms, so Google also processes that submission under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, the Site and our host keep log files. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring or exit pages, and basic click data. We use this to keep the Site running, spot problems, and see which pages are used. We do not use logs to identify you by name.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
The Site uses cookies and similar tools.
- The Site itself may set cookies so pages load and basic preferences work.
- We use Google Analytics to see how the Site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP). Google Analytics uses cookies.
- We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its ad partners use cookies and similar tools to serve ads, measure them, and (where allowed) show ads based on your visit here and on other sites.
We do not control Google’s cookies. Google’s ads and privacy pages explain what they collect and how to opt out: Google advertising and Ad Settings. You can also turn cookies off in your browser. Some parts of the Site, including ads, may not work the same way if you do.
How we use information
We use contact messages to reply to you. We use logs, analytics, and ads to run and pay for the Site. We do not sell a mailing list. We do not sell your email address.
Other sites
The Site links to other services we do not control, including Wikipedia and Google Forms. Their privacy rules apply there. This policy covers only the Site.
Children
The Site is a general printable-calendar site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete that message from our records when we can.

If you want us to delete a message you sent, or you have a question about this policy, write through the contact page or betacalendars@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top is the last update. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new policy.
