Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://www.betacalendars.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Mateo Pedersen as Beta Calendars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
Beta Calendars offers free printable calendars and planners: yearly, monthly, weekly, and blank templates you can download and print at home. The pages are general information. Holiday dates and files can have mistakes. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it.
Using the calendars
The calendars are free for personal use. You may download them and print a copy for home, school, or your own desk.
You may not:
- sell the files or printed copies as a product
- republish the files on another site as if they were yours
- use the calendars for any illegal purpose
Printing a copy for yourself is allowed. That is what the Site is for.
Linking to the Site
You may link to any normal page on the Site from a website or blog that is legal and not harmful. Do not hotlink directly to our files (for example PDF, Word, or images in /uploads/). Link to the page, not the file.
Ads and other sites
The Site may show ads, including Google ads, and may link to other services we do not control, such as Wikipedia or the contact form on Google Forms. Their terms and privacy rules apply there. We are not responsible for those sites.
No warranty
The Site is provided as is. We do not promise that every date, holiday, file, or page is complete or correct, or that the Site will always work. You use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost time, lost data, or other losses that come from using the Site or the files.
Changes
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The date at the top is the last update. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
